We joyfully invite expectant parents to share the beauty and wonder of your child by registering for Baptism at least three months before the birth of your child. Your baby's initiation into the Roman Catholic Church requires that you attend a preparation class, be registered in the parish and prepare yourself for the continuing responsibility of raising your child as a Catholic. To begin this process, please contact our Parish Office at (715) 635-3105.
Our community is dedicated to making this time for marriage preparation an experience that will be beneficial and one that will remain with you through the years. Engaged couples are encouraged to contact our Parish Office as soon as they begin plans for their marriage, at least one year in advance. No date should be set or reception hall reserved until such time as the couple meets with the priest and their freedom to marry has been confirmed. To begin this process, call the Parish Office at (715) 635-3105
Our Religious Education program prepares students for reception of the sacraments of First Reconciliation and First Holy Communion in the same academic year (typically in second grade). To enroll your child, please contact our Parish Office at (715) 635-3105
If you are experiencing an illness, injury, impending surgery or weakness due to age, there is powerful help available for you here in our Church. The anointing of the sick is a sacrament of the Church in which the priest prays, lays hands, and anoints the sick person with blessed oil. It may be preceded by the sacrament of Reconciliation and followed by the Eucharist. The sacrament may be repeated if the recipient suffers from a different illness or injury or if the same illness or condition becomes more serious. Elderly people may be anointed if they become weakened even though no serious illness is present. It is appropriate to celebrate the sacrament at a weekday liturgy before going to the hospital. In emergency situations the priest will also visit the hospital or nursing home IF THE FAMILY CONTACTS THE CHURCH OFFICE. The current laws in our state do not allow the parish or priest to receive any information from care giving institutions regarding their patients, so a family member must call the parish office to notify the priest if a loved one has been moved to a nursing home or is in the hospital and would like to be anointed. The sacrament is most beneficial to the recipient when they are still conscious, so please don't wait until the last minute. Contact the Church Office as soon as possible to notify the priest at the Parish Office at (715) 635-3105.
Our Religious Education classes are held on Wednesday evenings. Students are Confirmed by the Bishop near the beginning of their 12th grade year. Please call our Parish Office at (715) 635-3105 with any questions or to register your child(ren) in our Religious Education Program.
For any questions concerning the Declarations of Nullity or to begin the Annulment Process, please contact the Parish Office at (715) 635-3105 and ask to speak with the priest. The priest will be happy to discuss this topic with you or set up a meeting to answer any of your questions or concerns.
